APEX EXPO International Delegation Terms and Conditions

Participation for the APEX EXPO international Delegation Program is subject to review and approval by the Global Electronics Association.

Notification of acceptance will be announced by December 1, 2025
 

  • Complimentary Two-Hight Hotel Stay
    • Subject to availability, while supplies last
    • Delegate must provide a valid credit card at the time of reservation to cover incidentals and additional nights   
    • A minimum of five (5) attended B2B meetings are required to retain eligibility
    • Failure to meet the minimum meeting requirement will result in the delegate being charged for the hotel stay and will void eligibility for complimentary hotel nights
  • Event Registration
    • If accepted, delegates will be provided with a promo code to register for a complimentary Event Essentials Pass.
    • Delegates are required to register for the event in advance using the promo code.
    • A $25 registration fee will be charged at the time of registration and will be refunded after the event, provided the delegate has met the minimum meeting requirements.
    • Visa invitation letters can be requested during the registration process
  • Benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the approved delegate
  • Benefits will be withdrawn if a delegate cancels, fails to attend scheduled meetings, or does not participate in APEX EXPO activities as agreed
  • Delegates are responsible for their own airfare, ground transportation, meals, and incidental expenses not explicitly covered by the program.
  • Participation in the program constitutes agreement to allow Global Electronics Association to use delegate names, company names, and likenesses (e.g., photos, video, testimonials) in promotional and marketing materials
  • Global Electronics Association reserves the right to modify or terminate program benefits at any time.
  • Global Electronics Association shall not be held liable for travel disruptions, personal expenses, or any losses incurred by delegates due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., flight cancellations, visa issues, natural disasters)
