Cancellation Policy:

Before cancelling, consider sending a colleague in your place. Send an e-mail to APEX@maritz.com with your reason for cancelling or your replacement’s contact information.

  • There is no additional charge for replacements unless registration package changes are needed.
  • There will be a $150 cancellation/processing fee if you cancel by Friday, March 6, 2026, except for:
    • Conference cancellation - $250 member/$315 nonmember if the conference proceedings link has already been emailed to you.
  • There will be no refunds given for cancellations received after Friday, March 6, 2026.
