1.1 Presentation Content
Vendor-sponsored sessions must focus on core areas of Technology Pavilion including, but not limited to:

1.2 Session Format
Sessions may be delivered as traditional presentations or as moderated panel discussions.
1.3 Non-Commercialism
Unlike the Technical Conference, which is non-commercial in nature, presentations in the Technology Pavilion are intended to promote exhibitors’ products and services by demonstrating how their design tools, technologies, and solutions accelerate time-to-market, improve manufacturability, and enable smarter product development. Presentations should refrain from referencing or comparing competitor companies, products, or services.
1.4. Presentation Material Submission
- Vendor must submit session title, and description of the presentation no later than December 4, 2065.
- Final presentation materials must be submitted to the designated Global Electronics Association staff contact no later than March 5, 2027.
- Late or replacement materials will not be accepted onsite.
- Vendors failing to submit by the deadline will forfeit their session and will not receive a refund.
- Vendor presentations must use the official Technology Theater-branded slide template.
2. Professional Conduct
Vendor representatives are expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
2.1 Prohibited Activities
- Presentation time slots may not be shared with another vendor without written approval from Global Electronics Association.

- Vendor cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- No refunds will be issued after January 8, 2027.
- Global Electronics Association reserves the right to cancel a session (e.g., for non-compliance or non-payment) without refund.
3.2 Recordings and Promotion
Vendor grants Global Electronics Association the right to record and use session excerpts, photos, or quotes for promotional and archival purposes unless expressly prohibited in writing.
3.3 Indemnification
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Global Electronics Association and its representatives from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the Pavilion.
